In order to grow its Retail footprint across the country, the Company innovated a truly “INDIAN’ business model which allows a combination of Professional Management with Regional expertise and knowledge.

THE FORMAT
To enable geographical reach across the entire country, variants of the Retail formats have been devised and introduced.
- The AGRIMART consists of a compact 1000 to 1200 sq showroom with an
attached spare part storage area and a separate Service Center capable of
catering to the needs at a District level
- AGRIMART ZONES, with a smaller area of 600 to 750 sq ft are being introduced at Taluk level. These too have its own Service Center and spare parts storage area.
- AGRIMART – SIS model is also ready for introduction as a part of larger Retail
chains like Petrol stations and other leading Retail chains having network
presence in the rural India.

The concept has many innovative ‘firsts’ with several salient features. An effort has been made to bring it at par with Global Retail Standards and the company makes constant effort for it upgrading.
THE ‘INDIAN BUSINESS’ MODEL
- We are perhaps, the first one to introduce two major factors which Indianised the Franchisee Concept :
- No Franchisee fee on enrolment
- No Royalty fee
- The company invests over Rs 5 Lakhs in addition to the Franchisee’s investment

- The interiors of AGRIMART has been designed as a smart, well designed and
functional Retail interior with effective use of space, creating a warm and
welcome ambience.
MODERN DISPLAY AND VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Modern display methods with emphasis on effective Visual merchandising has
been introduced.
IN-STORE INTER ACTION
- A green carpet welcome leads the Farmer to a discussion table ensures a
comfortable environment for the farmer to inter act, understand the products, its
application and use.
- The provision of a TV and a DVD player further enables a visual demonstration of the machineries / equipment in action.
BRANDING, SIGNAGE AND VISUALS
- A visible branded Exterior and informative Interior visuals has been introduced to communicate the benefits of mechanization.
MODERN P.O.S. ON CLOUD COMPUTING
- Among the few first to introduce, AGRIMART uses modern Cloud computing
technology in the Point of Sales which is web enabled for easier access to data
and information
- The Invoicing system both for Sales and Servicing has been exclusively
developed for AGRIMART to enable fast and accurate billing
- The POS also offers excellent scope for us to introduce various CRM measures
and enables to be in touch with our customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Recognizing the importance of Customer satisfaction, great emphasis is placed on a proper Customer Service, albeit the customer being an average Indian farmer.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Extending their philosophy of Excellence in whatever it does, the Company has initiated an all round program of providing an efficient and quick After Sales Service. Each of the AGRIMART is equipped with appropriate tools and manned with professionally trained Technicians. The repairing and maintenance service is provided in accordance with internationally accepted norms and standards.
The Warranty policy of the Company is very customer friendly and ensure trouble free usage of the equipment for its entire lifetime.
KRA / JD
A well defined KRA /JD stipulating the ‘musts’ of each of the staff providing customer service, ensures delivery of quality at the customer touch points.
This is effectively backed up by insistence of a Training module specially developed by the company. All AGRIMART franchisee staff undergo both Technical and Customer service training imparted by experts with highest standards.
RETAIL AUDIT
The quality of customer Service Retail Standards is frequently audited by trained Personnel who undertake methodical / meticulous checking. This is only to ensure that the Franchisees maintain highest of standards in their day to day business practices, thus enabling customer satisfaction at all times.

THE FUTURE AHEAD

The Draft Report of the 12th 5 Year Plan ( 2012-2017) recognizes the need for creating impetus in the Rural Economy of our country. The Government of India is also poised to pledge higher Budget allocations to the Agriculture sector
