Mr. Hemendra Mathur

Mr. Hemendra Mathur is the Managing Director for SEAF India Investment Advisors, managing a sector dedicated private equity fund for food and agribusiness sector called ‘SEAF India Agribusiness Fund’. The fund has completed two transactions and plans to make another 10 - 12 investments in the food supply chain in next two to three years.

Mr. Hemendra has about 15 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking and private equity. He has a proven track record of providing strategic investment advice to Indian companies, international enterprises and government and multilateral organisations in the sectors pertaining to food, agribusiness, consumer goods and retail. He has extensive experience of working in India, Europe and South Asia.

Prior to working for SEAF, Mr. Hemendra has worked with Yes Bank, Rabo India Finance (a 100 percent subsidiary of Rabobank International), KSA Technopak, and ORG MARG (now part of The Nielsen Company).
