Tapan has 14 years of international business experience in finance, strategy, and handling complex strategic M&A and partnership transactions. He has in-depth experience in working across the strategic M&A transaction cycle involving sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating and executing deals.

He has evaluated more than 200 deals and closed 7 deals, including a mix of acquisition, divestiture and strategic partnership transactions. He has experience in advising senior business leaders at top Fortune 100 companies to create sustainable and profitable business models and in formulating organic & inorganic growth strategies.

Tapan has previously served firms including Forward Thinking, Capital One in USA, Booz & Company in USA, Lehman Brothers – India and Philips Electronics in India.
