Mr. Kapoor initiated a venture in 1989 in Chandigarh to bring national and international brands under one roof for the fashion conscious. Twenty years later, he stands strong as the MD of Kapsons Group, the leading retailer of North India with a strong network of more than 165 stores.

A true businessman with financial acumen, coupled with strong marketing and administration skills, he has contributed significantly in establishing Kapsons as the leading distributor of North India with distribution of more than 15 brands including Timberland, Puma, Arrow, United Colors of Benetton, US Polo among others. His proficiency in technology has helped in successful establishment of a strong supply chain and IT network for the group.

Kapsons joined hands with Reliance Lifestyle and Iconix Brands to launch ‘London Fog’ in India. The group’s association with Haddad Brands, USA, to acquire Pan India licensee for Nike, Action, Jordan Kids, Levis Kids and a strong network of 166 stores including 16 new stores at Elante Mall, Chandigarh, are a few of his latest accomplishments.
