Chef Milind Sovani,
Director/Chef, Hospitality Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Sovani is the most celebrated Indian chef of Singapore for his work and efforts to modernise Indian cuisine and take to a greater heights. He was recently honoured as one of the Top 50 Chefs of India; the Best Asian Cusine Chef (Hapa 2009-2011 series); Best Asian Cuisine Chef (2006-07), and; Asian Chef of the Year (2005-2006).
He is currently on ZEE TV South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia with my cookery show ‘Har Dil Lazeez’ and has also presented cookery shows on Khana Khazana, Star TV, UTN, to name a few. He has written and published a Cookery book titled ‘5 Star Receipes’ and also written columns for extended period in Savvy, Femina, etc.
He has done is Masters Diploma in Business Aministration (MDBA) with specialisation in Marketing in 2002.
National pride, or the spirit that binds us together as a
collective soul, does not have a permanent home in our
hearts and mind. For most of us it responds to the
stimulus of a cricket match, on national holidays or
situations of armed conflict. Most of the times we are
filled with mixed emotions.
