Mr. Vijay Mishra,
Chief Executive Officer, Birla Edutech Ltd.

Armed with a post graduate degree in Business Management with specialisation in Finance, Mr. Mishra is the CEO of Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd. and Birla Edutech Ltd. He is also the Director of English Learning Group Pvt. Ltd. He has been associated with the Birla group since the last three years. With his dynamic vision for progressive education, he has taken the company to incredible heights.

In his professional career, Mr. Mishra has handled a huge gamut of strategic tie-ups, joint ventures, restructuring, financial & legal assignments which involved financial planning, fund management, budgetary control, taxation, legal affairs & company secretarial matters. He has also played a key role in instrumentation of merger of companies, designing and implementing credit control procedure for Credit Risk Management System in his work stint.

He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI), the All India Management Association (AIMA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
