Mr. Arpit is a Principal at Blume Ventures and also responsible for Blume's marketing efforts. Apart from starting a technology commercialization services startup, Academic Ventures, he has over 8 years experience of working with entrepreneurs in India. He co-founded Headstart Network Foundation, India's largest community of early-stage entrepreneurs, where he is currently contributing as a Director.

Just before joining Blume, Arpit worked with TLabs startup accelerator (part of Times Group, India) responsible for its business development, marketing and operations. Prior to this, Arpit sold High-Performance Computing services for a Tata group startup in Pune and wrote embedded video codecs at Ittiam Systems in Bangalore. An alumnus is IIT Bombay's SJM School of Management, he was responsible for starting Pragyan technical festival at NIT Trichy.
