Mr. Gaurav is an entrepreneurial business leader and early stage investor. Currently, he is the CEO, Internet & TV Commerce with India Today Group and part of their digital think-tank. Mr. Gaurav has also founded 5ideas Startup Superfuel along with his wife Pearl Uppal, a $10 million seed fund which invests a blend of financial, human & social capital to help put promising startups onto an accelerated growth path. Their current portfolio includes kartrocket.com, roposo.com, dataweave.in, woome.mobi and talkingthreads.in amongst others.

Previously, Mr. Gaurav has build two e-commerce businesses in India with Uppal, (fashionandyou.com & dealsandyou.com). He has also led businesses for Fortune 100 companies like GE (Country Director, GE Transportation) & Manpower Inc (Regional Director for Asia).
