Ms. Itisha is a result oriented professional with proven record of delivering results in setting up and driving multi-channel sales and creating happy and successful teams. She is a science graduate armed with PGDM Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore. A leader by instinct, her leadership skills were further honed during her Air Force tenure.

Ms. Itisha was single handedly responsible for conceptualizing a home care services and solutions brand and translating it till fruition, which is now a multi-crore enterprise. She is an experienced Business and Risk analyst and has performed roles of a pre-sales, solution design and delivery and was also involved in multiple projects in the banking, insurance, CRM, logistics and personal care industries.

Ms. Itisha's experience as a Life Coach and Mentor has helped her to manage teams and their needs in a humane manner. She has worked as a life coach during her stint in Botswana. Presentation and communication skills have been one of her major strengths.
