Mohit has over 20 years of extensive experience in Retail and FMCG industry. In the past, he has worked with cross cultural teams and have helped countries in the rollout of retail repeatable models in Middle East, SA & SEAA. He has led the geographic expansion of the brand footprint through Exclusive Brand Outlets with a P&L responsibility at a National and Regional span of control.

His previous assignment was with Unilever Limited where he was Head of Retail - Asia, AMET and Russia. He brings significant expertise in Retail Strategy, Business Development, Retail Operations and Franchise Management.

He is currently working with Raymond Limited as Director Retail and is responsible for the Retail Business of the group through India's Largest Lifestyle Clothing Chain - The Raymond Shop, which spans across 300+ cities with over 700+ outlets.

He has received several accolades for his contribution in Retail industry like '100 Most Talented Retail Professional of India 2015', 'Franchisor of the Year Award - 2010' and 'Franchise Professional of the Year 2008'.
