Mrs. Preeti Kwatra is a skilled professional with 15 years of experience in management, teaching and administration of school activities. She successfully manages six branches of Petals, around 150 teaching staff members, 60 non-teaching staff members and around 500 students. She has done MA & B.Ed in Psychology.

Ms. Kawatra is also a curriculum designer who integrates experiential learning with other subjects. Presently, she is working in coordination with the Head Curriculum Designer of Finland who will help to enhance the education sector further.

Ms. Kawatra has won SOE Global Education Award for Best Practice Innovative Teaching-2014; Best Innovative Teaching Practices Award-2015 by Brands Academy; Award for Best Preschool of Delhi by Education World; Shikshak Ratna Award-2014 by Rashtriya Samta Swatantra Manch; and Brands Academy Award for Best Practice Innovative Teaching-2015.

She is actively involved in various philanthropic activities in the fields of education and human resources.
