CHAN Huang Yee, Executive Director, I Can Read did her Bachelor in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. Huang Yee has proven track record as a finance professional with over 14 years of business and operational experience across Asia Pacific in manufacturing, sales and media & entertainment. She started her career in an international pulp and paper company which took her to several countries in Asia and North America.

She joined the media industry with MEC (part of UK & US listed WPP Group) in 2001. She was posted to Hong Kong as the Finance Director for Greater China and subsequently promoted to be the Asia Pacific CFO for MEC in 2003. She was responsible in the expansion of the MEC network in Asia Pacific through new market entry, joint ventures and acquisitions.

Her area of expertise includes business development, financial planning and management and integration of businesses to name a few.
