Rakesh Kashyap is Post Graduate in Agronomy ( Agricultural Science) and started his banking carrier with Canara Bank in the year 1995. He has worked in various capacities in the bank across the country. He has worked in various operational areas of banking and has good experience in MSME credit. He has attended various seminars, conference and training programmes at reputed institutions in India.

At present he is heading Canara Bank Regional Office at Noida. Prior to Canara Bank, he was heading SME hub of the bank at Agra, covering 16 districts of the Uttar Pradesh. He was heading Noida Industrial Finance branch, a specialised branch exclusively dealing in MSME Credit.
