Sascha Sippy is the grandson of Bollywood movie producer and director GP Sippy known for the magnum opus, Sholay. Sascha Sippy was chosen by his grandfather to protect the family legacy. Not only has Sascha protected that legacy but has also turned the IPs of the company into Brands which are now recognised in India as 'Internationally well-known and recognised marks' in the registrar of trade marks.

He was one of the first persons in India to defend the IP rights and underlying rights of any cinematographic film in India. He has a deep interest and understanding of the licensing and retail business as he has been involved in these activities for over 25 years on a global level. Sippy is in the process of popularizing his brands in India and globally. One such example is the new SHOLAY attraction at the world's first Bollywood theme park in Dubai.
