Before joining IA he was Vice President & Head of India Consulting at Gartner, and member of India Executive Leadership team. His career spans over two decades in Big4 and tier1 consulting firms, with vast experience in setting up new business, leading strategy & execution and building organisational capabilities. Arindam is a strong believer in India’s thriving startup ecosystem. He is an active angel investor and advisor to early stage startups.
