Deepti Mehta Sarma is the Founder of Ajna Hospitality Pvt Ltd and owner of brands, 22nd Parallel and Idlikaaran by 22nd Parallel. Ajna is her vision in action. Overseeing the successful operations of the 12 stores under these brands, she has a never ending supply of Warmth, Excitement and Enthusiasm which makes her the People & Values Champion of the enterprise.
Deepti is a first generation entrepreneur who started her entrepreneurial journey in 2011 in Gujarat. A Gujarati born but bred in Tamil Nadu she saw an opportunity to serve simple, traditional and wholesome South Indian food in the western states. The brand now has 12 outlets in Gujarat and Maharashtra . She has completed her Masters in Human Resources and her last assignment was with Mahindra & Mahindra before starting out in her F & B journey . She is also the Co Chapter Head of the NRAI Vadodara Chapter. .
