Just Relief, a "one stop shop" for online pharmaceuticals and healthcare products and services, aims to expand its services by including features such as e-prescriptions, e-bills, digital health records and health management programs. Over the next years, the company aims to be among the top 5 healthcare providers catering to the total market share of USD 280 billion. It also plans to expand its reach across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
The company is committed to the cause of spreading awareness on preventive healthcare while providing better and quicker access to medical facilities to an average Indian citizen. Amit Goel established Just Relief in May 2016 - a boot strap start-up focusing on the of the e-pharma space across health and wellness, with an initial investment of Rs 5.5 crore.
Apart from Amit Goel, Just Relief's co-founders include Rahul Gupta and Gagandeep Singh. While Rahul Gupta heads the supply chain operations at the organisation, Gagandeep Singh is a member of the core management team who leads the overall operations and technology development. The platform also provides services like home vaccinations and lab tests. Just Relief also serves as a huge e-discovery platform with listed doctors and hospitals. It is headquartered in Noida but the service portfolio can be accessed across 12 cities which include Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Mohali and Panchkula.
It is the one of the few e-pharma platforms that offers a 360 degree healthcare ecosystem inclusive of products and services. Their at-home vaccinations and diagnostic services is one of the company's key differentiator.
