Service to start in Bengaluru initially and scale-up to pan-India next month onwards
Decathlon, known international sports retailer, has taken to quick commerce and will now be available on Zepto. So, if you desire sports accessories, you can procure the same in 10 minutes via Zepto.
The announcement was made by top Zepto executives on LinkedIn. Devendra Meel, Chief Business Officer, Zepto said on LinkedIn, “Your favourite sports store Decathlon just got faster, from yoga mats to footballs, everything is just 10 min away!”
Aadit Palicha, Co-founder and CEO of Zepto put out a post adding Zepto will start this service in Bengaluru initially and then scale-up to pan-India next month onwards.
With 2080+ stores in 56 countries, Decathlon has been dedicated to inspiring and guiding its customers through their sports experiences. It is already a popular option for sports items in urban areas, expects its business to double in the next three to five years. The French company is planning to expand its manufacturing operations and increase sourcing from India for the local as well as its global markets.
