Latest store is a hybrid model, combining showroom and quick commerce operations
FNP (Ferns N Petals), a well-known gifting company, has opened a new store in Gurgaon. The brand is expanding its retail footprint by opening the new store under its ‘Retail Shine’ concept. The announcement was made by the company in a press release.
“Our hybrid model, combining a retail showroom with integrated quick commerce operations, allows us to provide an exceptional and uplifting consumer experience. Opening in such a premium and convenient location will meet the high demand for our store, elevating our customers’ experience with FNP,” said Anil Sharma, COO Retail and Franchise, FNP.
The brand has partnered with Zomato and Swiggy as well.
The latest store, based on Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) model, will offer imported flowers, gourmet cakes, premium plants, handcrafted items and personalized gifts. It will also offer a subscription plan for the first time.
Founded in 1994, Ferns N Petals caters to both walk-in customers and online orders. The florist chain has more than 320 stores across the country.
