The brand is also eyeing international foray into Dubai / USA

Giani's Ice Cream, a renowned name in the dessert industry that has been delighting the Indian taste buds since 1956, is all set to spread its wings further. The brand is looking at a pan-India expansion and aims at doubling the count of its stores. Not just that, Giani’s Ice Cream also aims to enter international waters in the coming years.

Speaking at the recently held Restaurant India 2024 Awards (North India Edition), Anandpreet Singh, Managing Director, Giani's & The Waffle Company said, "Gianis started out in 1956 by my forefathers. We stand at 300 stores today. And we aim to double this number in the next few years and even go international. We are looking at USA or Dubai to begin with."

The brand’s journey began in 1956, when Giani Gurcharan Singh migrated from Faislabad (Pakistan) to Delhi and founded the first outlet with the name ‘Giani Di Hatti’. Giani’s famed Rabri Faluda became the most loved gourmet among Delhites.

The brand ‘Giani’s Ice Cream’ came into being with just three ice cream flavours- Vanilla, Strawberry, and Butterscotch by Mr. Amarjeet Singh and Mr. Paramjeet Singh. Since then, the brand has come a long way, and has established its presence in more than 18 Indian states, offering more than 100 products.
