Tanishq opened 11 new stores in first quarter of FY25
Tanishq, the largest jewellery retail brand under the prestigious Tata umbrella, has announced the opening of its new stores in various parts of the country. The announcement was made in separate posts on social media.
Tanishq has opened a new store each in Odisha and Rajasthan. In Odisha, the brand has opened its showroom in Jharsuguda. In Rajasthan, Tanishq has unveiled its new store in Mansarovar, Jaipur. This is Tanishq’s fourth store in Jaipur itself, underscoring the brand’s commitment to expanding its presence in key markets.
Founded in 1994, Tanishq was the first jewellery retail chain in India. It is headquartered in Bangalore and at present has a robust presence in India and the international market which includes UAE, USA, Singapore and Qatar.
The journey of Tanishq started with the launch of 18k gold watches studded with precious stones in 1994. But it soon grew into a 22k jeweller who presented a stunning range of gold and diamond jewellery.
In 2020 Tanishq forayed into international territory, opening its first international store in Dubai. By the end of 2023, Tanishq boasted of 14 international outlets, including two stores in USA in Houston and Dallas and one store in Singapore that it added to its kitty in 2023. Tanishq has a strong domestic network of more than 453 stores.
