True to its name, Twisting Scoops is a ‘tossed and twisted’ haven for ice-creams that are fun, delicious and often not easy to get hands on! Bringing the popular Turkey ‘dondurma’ (that being the term for ice-creams in Turkey) that are often known for its showmanship and craft, to the Indian market, Twisting Scoops is taking its customers on a new joyride. Juneja says, “Twisting Scoops is a venture in collaboration with Irem Turkish Ice-Cream, a Turkey-based brand. Following the Turkish traditions and remaining true to the recipes, we have got all Turkish chefs to retain the authenticity.”
FRANCHISING FOR FASTER GROWTH
Speaking about the support a franchisee can expect from the brand, Juneja says, “Twisting Scoops provides end-to-end support from the day we collaborate with the franchisee. The in-house interiors’ team will take care of the store interiors, lightings and fixtures. Also, we take care of the staffing, hiring and marketing for the franchisee. This ensures that the day-to-day operations become very easy for our franchisee.”
THE EXPANSION PLAN
While the brand has 20 stores across all major cities, ultimately the brand vision is to have 200 stores in the span of next two years and further enter other Asian countries, Juneja says.
