He founded and built Ma Foi Management Consultants into the first Public Limited HR Service provider in India with about 1500 professionals in 55 offices. He has generated career opportunities for above 3,45,000 professionals in 36 countries over the last 19 years and has pioneered HR Business Process Outsourcing in India. He is also serving as the Non – Executive Chairman of Randstad India Ltd. He did B.E (Hons) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and M.B.A. in PM & IR from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur.
