M.V.Subramanian, aka MVS Mani, is a serial entrepreneur and management specialist with a special focus on business strategy, execution, process and deal structuring. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of Future Focus Infotech Pvt Ltd, a leading IT Staffing enterprise established in 1997, that has close to 3500 employees with operations in India, Middle East & US. With FFI, he has given a successful exit to his investors and has anchored the M&A of FFI with En Japan, to make FFI part of the $2 billion market cap En Japan group.

He is a Director in Native Angel Network (NAN) & Member of National SME Council of NASSCOM. He is a Charter member of TiE Chennai. He is on the advisory board of Sahyadri College of Engineering, Mangalore and has co-created a first-of-its-kind CenterFor Mechanical Engineering Start-ups & Incubators – Caliper.
