A business doyen holding more than 15 years of experience in the domain, Saurabh Garg is Cofounder and CBO at NoBroker.com, the world’s first and largest customer-to-customer real estate portal. In his role at NoBroker.com, he spearheads the company’s marketing vertical and the business strategy. He is responsible for devising and implementing innovative marketing strategies to make people aware about NoBroker.com’s unique proposition and has been instrumental in achieving the lowest customer acquisition costs in the competitive Indian Real Estate sector. His deep understanding of the customer behaviour made him go further in the customer lifecycle and very early in the start-up journey launch ancillary services NoBroker Home Store, one-stop shop for all home-shifting needs. Home Store not only makes the life very easy for the customer but is a low cost high revenue source for the company as it is able to present the solution to the customer at the right moment of truth when they are in the biggest need of these services. He additionally heads the strategic alliances business with real estate developers and corporates which helps bring both high quality supply and demand at a low cost while generating additional revenue for the company and is the first time that a C2C business also has a B2B play.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay, and IIM Ahmedabad, Saurabh is also a serial entrepreneur. After spending almost three years with the Sales and Marketing team at Hindustan Unilever Limited, he took the entrepreneurial leap with Four Fountains De-Stress Spa, one of the select few from IIMA to leave a cushy job and start on his own. In 2014, he cofounded NoBroker.com, which is first of its kind C2C platform across the world, to address the house-hunting hassles and huge intermediation costs faced by Indian home seekers. The platform has helped more than 70 lac Indians in their home search and has saved upwards of 2000 crores in brokerage in the last 3 years.

Having managed and accelerated growth curves for start-ups, Saurabh leads NoBroker.com’s growth initiatives and has helped the company in securing key strategic partnerships. Saurabh’s unique perspective on marketing has been instrumental in achieving a rapid scale up at low costs in the sector mired with huge marketing spends. Saurabh is an exceptional problem solver and has been responsible for the overall company strategy uniquely positioning the company as a disruptor in the real estate sector in a short span of time. He has built his team from scratch and developed them by constantly posing new challenges to them which brings the best out of them and sets new benchmarks for the industry. He also gives them independence and motivates them to question the status quo and try new and disruptive solutions without any fear of failure. It is this spirit that helped NoBroker achieve 25 lac+ android app downloads with zero marketing cost.
