Rajeev Kale joined Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. in 2007 as Head of MICE, playing an impactful role in starting MICE opera- tions for the organization - building a business and growing from strength to strength - from a 4-member team and turnover of approx. 14 Cr to a team of 200 plus and a turnover of 600 Cr. He took over the Domestic business in 2012 and Leisure Travel Outbound (LTOB) business in 2016 (both now called as Holiday Business) - a key strategic focus area for the Company. He was later, also appointed as Head for Visas and Passport Services. In recognition, he has received the prestigious Managing Directors Award in 2009. With a career spanning more than three de- cades, Rajeev looks forward to steering his team and the company to impressive heights.
