Akshat graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur, one of the premier law institutes in the country and was campus picked by India’s largest private sector enterprise, based out of Mumbai. He advised them on a wide array of transactions across sectors. Akshat joined Kaden Boriss as a Partner in 2012. He has structured, negotiated and drafted a wide range of business transactions for foreign investors, multinational corporations and domestic entities drawing from his experience with business formation, corporate governance, information technology, exchange control & foreign investment laws, intellectual property protection, real estate and labour & employment laws. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
