Sanjay started his career 2 decades ago with Ambassador Sky Chef (Flight Catering). Post this he moved to make his mark with the QSR Industry. Dominos Pizza, Baskin Robbins as COO, Barista Lavazza as CEO (South Asia and Middle East) and Om Pizzas and Eats (Master Franchisees for Papa John's, Great Kebab Factory and Chili's). He rejoined the Graviss Group as CEO for the QSR Division (Baskin Robbins, 6th Street Yogurt and Meats & More).
Sanjay is a Hotel Management graduate and an MBA in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He is passionate about F&B Retail and has led the group's strategic initiatives in distribution expansion and new product and format development.
