Rasesh Seth is currently a Partner at The Archadin Group and a Director of Nextyn Advisory Pvt. Ltd. and the Country Head of Surf N Fries India.

At the Archadin Group, Raseshfocuses on assisting clients from the International Hospitality sector enter and expand across India through qualified global franchisors in the domestic market. His role also encompasses advising Private Equity firms on their portfolio investments in the Hospitality sector along with key expertise in due diligence for M&A and value creation lever improvements for existing portfolio companies.

For other private firms and investors, his team specializes in undertaking hospitality turnkey projects and has in the past handled successful operations for several large International brands, supporting them in setting up and managing their supply chain in the Indian market.

The Group has a large International restaurant chain client base from the USA, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to founding Archadin&Nextyn, Rasesh was a consultant with Grant Thornton.
