Classic Polo, a men’s wear brand, is planning to take the store count from 70 to 150 by the end of 2015 via the franchise route.

Classic Polo, a men’s wear brand, is planning to take the store count from 70 to 150 by the end of 2015 via the franchise route.The brand has presence in all four southern states. In Tamil Nadu, the brand wants to jump from 30 to 60 stores whereas in Chennai brand looks forward to have a minimum of ten stores in the next 12 months.

Usha Periasamy, Vice President-Operations & Brand, Classic Polo, informs: “As a region our focus will be south followed by east, west and north. Retail concept is booming and Tier II and III cities are showing interest in associating with the brand. Smaller districts can have one store and potential and bigger districts will nestle more than three to four stores, ensuring big opportunity for the brand.

The flagship brand of Royal Classic Group, Classic Polo has over the years transformed into a dynamic and responsive brand in men’s category. Today, it is among few power brands for young professionals that fuse international trends with innovative fashion at reasonable prices.
