Notion luxury flooring concepts, flagship brand of Noida-based Exotic Décor Pvt Ltd is all set to enter into Kolkata, Guwahati and Manipur markets for expansion.

Notion luxury flooring concepts, flagship brand of Noida-based Exotic Décor Pvt Ltd is all set to enter into Kolkata, Guwahati and Manipur markets for expansion. The brand started franchising in 2012 and has 30 stores.

Akash Saini, Director of the company says: “We will be expanding into Kolkata and Guwahati in the next 15 days and Manipur may be in next month. We are also planning to open in tier II and III cities and take the store count to 100 by 2016 end.”

Notion is also looking for potential Master Franchisees in all major states of India. The company aims to offer unique, high quality and durable products to its patrons and provide them value for money in right manner.

To open a Notion store, an investment of Rs 8-15 lakh is required with an area of min 300 sq ft. The expected break-even period is one year. Notion provides every possible support to its franchise partners like support on Institutional sales and installation, national level advertisements and branding, designing support for franchisees for regional advertising, established operating systems, training to all franchisees on business model, installation, software and accounts maintenance and also product research & development on regular basis.
