TTK Prestige has unveiled Prestige Kitchen Boutique in Kerala. At the first phase the outlet will be launched in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Kottayam. The boutique will stock end-to-end kitchen solution with an appealing ambience and a unique modular layout to provide the customers with look and feel of modern kitchen. S. Ravichandran, Managing Director of TTK Prestige said, "Retail is the hottest sector now and since our maiden retail venture Prestige Smart Kitchen has got good response from consumers, we are confident of turning this into a success story." The Prestige Modular Kitchen range is priced at around Rs.1 lakh onwards. Each boutique will entail an investment to the tune of Rs.50 lakh and will operate on the franchise model like the Prestige Smart Kitchens. All Prestige Kitchen Boutiques will have a complete back end support of designers, carpenters, plumbers, masons and electricians to fulfil every related requirements of a customer. Chandru Kalro, Executive VP – Marketing, TTK Prestige Ltd., informs that the boutique requires an area of 1500-2000 sq. ft. and high street is the preferable location to set up the store. Speaking on criteria for selecting a prospective franchisee, Kalro reveals, “Design boutique is more a service based rather than sales. We are looking for people who have a penchant for design and have service-oriented attitude.”
