3 Palms Hotels and Resorts, a luxury resort brand from Atlanta-based America’s Best Franchising (ABF) is targeting to launch 15 franchise properties in India in the next five years, confirms Saumya M Sharma, Chief Franchise Development Officer, Palms Hotels and Resorts.
The company has signed SRM Spa and Resorts Pvt. Ltd, headquartered in Mumbai as its master licensee for the expansion of 3 Palms brand in India. In the first phase of the company’s development in India, 3 Palms have identified seven states and regions; NCR-Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala and Tamil Nadu that are scheduled to open in 2012.
