- A strategy to open 100 modular kitchen stores in three years
Würfel Küche, a brand that is into modular kitchen business is eyeing at opening 100 franchise centres in the next three years in India, besides exporting to other countries.
“We are pursuing an aggressive expansion strategy. The road map is to reach 100 franchise centres in three years pan-India. We will also start exporting to the closest countries as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, the UAE and others by 2016. With the signing of 12 franchisees within a period of one month, we are already working on our second factory and plan to get it operational by June 2016. This would be a state-of-the-art fully automated setup. With the increase of global awareness and smartness of every buyer, Würfel Küche would be the first choice for every Indian kitchen,” says Khanindra Barman, CEO of the company.
Würfel, as an organisation follows no direct sales policy. Whether its retail or institutional sales everything happens through the franchisee partners. Besides, the brand supports its franchise partners in terms of setup, operation, driving sales, marketing and advertising and also support in the initial investment.
