Abacus aiming 100 centres by 2010-end

Abacus Mental Mathematics Academy, an ISO 9001:2000 certified education institution providing abacus education, has increased its network to 50 locations and is planning another 50 centres by the end of 2010.

Presently, 50 Abacus outlets are opened through tie-ups and franchise. The academy has opened a few franchised centres in Delhi at Mansarovar Garden, Dwarka, Jorbagh, Shivalik and DLF Phase III, Gurgaon, recently. The academy also plans to open its own centre in Sonepat, Haryana.

Besides, it has tied up with prominent schools like Modern Senior Secondary School in Patiala, Punjab, Maa Anand Mai School and Sanskriti School in Haridwar and St Joseph’s Academy in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, for offering Abacus Mental Arithmetic System to children.
