After an incredible financial year 2021, ACI Infotech is on a hiring spree and is set to recruit 1400 individuals pan India for different business units. This will make the total headcount close to 3,500. ACI Infotech is a new age global technology company delivering next generation digital services, cutting edge technology solutions, and business consulting advisory. With the bulk hiring, it is eyeing an additional revenue of USD 100 million over the next 18 months.
The large-scale hiring will take place through multifaceted processes incorporating direct advertisements, LinkedIn, employee references, aggregators, etc. Applications will also be accepted for offline submissions. The key areas for talent acquisition include the entire spectrum of digital transformation, customer experience platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud on Azure, AWS and Google cloud, cyber security, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.
The steep rise in the workforce is expected to improve overall customer reach and will be instrumental in enhancing the proficiency of the existing business model.

Meanwhile, the enterprise will also be on a national assault and add 25 global delivery centers alongside 7 innovation centers all over India. It is expanding its R&D footprint with centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The R&D unit will be primarily focused on client innovation, product engineering, and building new solution accelerators. It is also working on a state-of-the-art Global Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Hyderabad. The SOC will play a critical role in the company’s deepening foothold in the global cyber security solution market.
ACI will also be penetrating into Tier 2 cities, with 8 training centres planned across small towns in India. This would not just help in nurturing skills but also enable ACI to tap into new talents and capabilities.
