Value fashion brand Easybuy wins big in the Franchise 100 list for 2020 with its robust franchise growth enabled by its ‘super style at super price’ strategy

Easybuy, the value fashion arm of Landmark Group, has emerged as one of the Top-10 brands in the recent Franchise 100 list published by The Franchising World magazine.   

Besides making it to the Franchise 100, the brand scored position among the Top-5 brands which recorded highest employee growth over the last three years (2017-2019).

Value fast fashion in India had taken a big leap since the launch of Easybuy in Karim Nagar, Telangana in 2014. While price tags of Rs 69 or Rs 89 were often seen at street-side stalls and seldom at an apparel store in an air-conditioned mall, Easybuy made fashion affordable for all.

In just five years, Easybuy opened doors to various small towns and remote locations even in Tier II, III and IV cities. It is also one of the few fashion brands to reach the fastest 100 stores in just five years. Over the last three years, the brand has grown its revenues by over 108%.

Further, it has grown its franchise outlets by over 113% from 45 stores in 2017 to 96 in 2019. The brand credits its rapid growth to its ‘super style at super price’ strategy that offers over 1000 styles at highly competitive prices of Rs 69-699 while launching new collections every 45-60 days. Now, the company has set ambitious target to have 200+ stores by 2022.

“After aggressively expanding in South India, we are now looking at opening stores in East and North India, thereby becoming a true national player,” shares Anand Aiyer, Senior Vice President and Business Head, Easybuy.
