The Address, Ahmedabad based co-working space provider startup, is aiming to expand its operations in major cities across India through a strategic partnership in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. The startup plans to add 1,200 seats in Ahmedabad by March 2020.
Founded in 2018 by Yash Shah, The Address is one of the largest co-working space provider in Gujarat. It is providing more than 30,000 square feet area with over 400 member occupancy in Ahmedabad. At present, the firm has over 30% market share in co-working space in the city.
Yash Shah, Founder, The Address, said, “Soon we will also spread our wings across other states and tap growing markets across India.”
In the first phase, the co-working startup will focus on the major cities for growth. The operations in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhopal, and Indore are likely to begin within the next year.
In the second phase of expansion, The Address will be focusing on Tier-2 cities. The startup is looking to cross 1.5 lakh sq ft of cumulative workspaces across India by the end of 2020.
The Address has garnered clients such as Tiktok, Housing.com, Proptiger.com, Zeta, Turtlecapital, Faircent.com, eChai, Cars24, Marico, Piramal, Indiabulls, Tata, Johnson & Johnsons and others in the last one year.
