All veg Subway to open soon in Punjab

Sandwich giant Subway is all set to add yet another store to its existing 37,000 outlets. The new outlet will cater to an all vegetarian crowd and will open at Lovely Professional University (LPU). The deal between LPU and Subway happened in November 2011 and the restaurant will open at LPU campus in the first week of September, 2012. Currently, there are over 280 outlets of Subway in India.

Vice Chancellor Ashok Mittal, LPU said that they only provide vegetarian options at their campus and Subway will be vegetarian and a healthy option for the students. An official from Subway added that the menu for Subway has been modified to suit the Indian taste and they have a lot of options for vegetarians as well.
