Audi India has launched its new dealership facility in the Delhi-NCR region, Audi Gurugram. Under its Digitalisation strategy, the luxury carmaker also introduced tech-driven new-age solutions for customers as well as its dealer partners.
The Digital Retail elements of Audi will be launched across the Audi network in India.
Rahil Ansari, Head, Audi India, said, “With the inauguration of our showroom in Gurugram, we are strengthening our market presence for further capturing the market share in North India. The new set up boasts of Audi’s Digital Retail elements that transform purchase into a seamless experience. The Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technology enable complete visualization and customization right at the customer's fingertips.”
“With the Virtual Reality Studio, Audi cars can now be viewed realistically with accurate details. The strategic location of the Audi Gurugram showroom will cater to a larger audience all over this region and we are pleased to associate with highly experienced team of Kristan Auto in expanding our presence here,” he added.
Spread across 10,500 square feet, Audi Gurugram has a 21-car display including 14 Audi Approved: plus car display. The company has further introduced Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) elements at the showroom, enabling the customer to experience the look and feel of the Audi car being configured.

The carmaker also showcased the Audi e-tron at the new dealership.
Ansari further said, “Our limited showcase so far and internal assessment has shown palpable excitement amongst Audi enthusiasts and we are confident that Audi e-tron will roll into India towards the latter part of the year and will be amongst great successes.”
