- Aveanna Healthcare to buy home healthcare division of Maxim Healthcare Services
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading home healthcare company, has entered into a definitive agreement to buy the home healthcare division of Maxim Healthcare Services.
Rod Windley, Executive Chairman of Aveanna, said, "We are pleased to welcome Maxim's home healthcare division to the Aveanna family.
