- Bengaluru-based CoWrks buys The UnCube to expand to over 20K locations
CoWrks, the Bengaluru-headquartered co-working space provider, has acquired Gurugram-headquartered The UnCube, which offers on-demand workspace solutions, for an undisclosed amount.
After the acquisition, CoWrks will rename the combined entity to CoWrks Go. Under the new brand CoWrks Go, the firm is looking to expand to more than 20,000 locations.
CoWrks was founded by Sidharth Menda in 2016. Currently, the company has operational 25 operational centres and 25,000 members spread across two million sqft area. The co-working operator is present in Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
CoWrks is planning to bolster its presence with the introduction of 11 additional centres across India. Besides the Tier 1 market, the firm will unleash its offerings in Tier 2 as well as looking at expanding overseas.

Founded by Sakshi Khannain 2017, The UnCube offers co-working space for professionals in transit by partnering with restaurants and cafes. The company has 2,500 members working across 200 locations in seven cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, and Chandigarh.
