- Bloom Hotels to step up brand expansion across cities in India
Bloom Hotel Group is planning to step up its brand expansion across cities in India with an aim to reach at least 100 hotels in the next couple of years' time.
Presently, the hotel group is managing nine mid-market properties in the country with more than 500 rooms under their management in cities such as Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Goa. Recently, Bloom has launched its third hotel in national capital Delhi and the fourth one in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Tom Welbury, Vice President – Strategy, Bloom Hotel Group, said, "The company has been focusing on the brand building so far and will now moving to the high growth stage, having proven the model in the last seven odd years."
"Tide is turning and the Bloom is on the rise. The location like Central Delhi will give the brand a new brand visibility and access to a new set of guests. We are absolutely open to all sorts of locations now," he added.
Welbury further stated, "We were the first mid-market hotel to offer free hi-speed internet to guests and the first one to introduce trademark 'Cloudbed’ sleep experience in the mid-market hotel space. We are location obsessed and quality obsessed. That is why we have been able to achieve 95% guest satisfaction and over 35% repeat guest business."
