A real estate company ‘the Embassy Group’ had last year signed a pact to provide Rs 100 crore towards the Kadubeesanahalli station. The Rs 4,200-crore Phase II (A) project consists of 13 stations and the BMRCL hopes to raise 30-40% of the project cost by raising funds from corporate firms.

In return, station naming rights for 30 years, direct access to the station, advertisement rights, and commercial space will be given away by the utility.
