The inspiration for Brixx was sparked on a ski slope in Aspen. Our Managing partner Eric Horsley envisioned a full-service brick oven pizza concept that applied fine dining techniques to casual comfort food, complemented by craft beer, a selection of wines by the glass, and warm, welcoming service. The Brixx menu is simple yet innovative, designed to use a limited pool of ingredients, allowing for tight inventory control and quick food preparation times. Although brick oven pizza is the cornerstone of the menu, Brixx stands out by offering fresh salads, pastas, and a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Brixx has grown significantly over the past 25 years, now boasting 20 domestic units.
Franchising Potential and Global Expansion
Brixx sees unlimited potential in franchising its concept worldwide. Pizza is the most craveable food globally, and Brixx's low cost of goods contributes to great profitability
Brixx envisions India as a prime market, with the potential to support at least 100 outlets. With the recent explosion in breweries and specialty beers in India, combined with Brixx's versatile menu and ability to establish restaurants in mall footprints, the brand sees a strong synergy between India and Brixx.
Vision for 2025
By 2025, Brixx aims to partner with someone in India who can open 10-20 Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar restaurants. While open to more, the priority is finding a great partner with a vision for the future and a collaborative spirit.

Brixx prefers partners with some background in the restaurant business, particularly those with multi-unit experience and the financial means to build and grow the concept.
