These days, many F&B chains have joint hands with delivery service apps to increase consumer footfall. Today, QSR are reinventing them to offer larger food, great discounts and even home delivery with the help of these food tech apps.

Joining hands to grow

Di Bella Coffee is the fastest-growing and most awarded coffee company in Australia. The coffee brand will leverage Swiggy’s deeply entrenched, technology driven seamless delivery service to reach out to a larger customer base in Mumbai. Swiggy will offer Di Bella Coffee’s entire menu of coffee blends and popular waffles to consumers in the city. Also, Di Bella and Swiggy offer an inaugural 15 per cent discount on orders.

Other tie- ups

After the success in airports and metro stations, the US- based burger giant, Burger King started serving in the office canteens. This QSR chain is all set to widen its footprint into corporate offices across India.The brand has joined hands with Swiggy, for a quick and seamless ordering experience. Online apps and mobile penetration have changed the way business is being done worldwide, said Raj Varman, Chief Executive at Burger King India.

Dunkin’ Donuts has joined hands with grocery delivery platform Grofers to deliver its packaged and fresh products at the doorstep of its customers. On the same note, Dev Amritesh, President And Chief Operating Officer at Dunkin' Donuts India, promoted by Jubilant Food-Works said, “Yes, we have tied-up with Grofers and we hope it is going to be a big success and will open more options for us.”

As Swiggy tied-up with many leading international QSR to boost their customer bandwidth and cater to the growing appetite among Indian consumers for varied food choices. "We are excited to associate with a global premium chain. Since its launch in Mumbai, it has become a very popular brand and we are happy to include it on our platform. These tie up is another validation of our success in facilitating the delivery business of global brands in India", shared Nandan Reddy, Co-Founder, Swiggy.
