Cartridge World, a cartridge recharging retail chain, is looking to expand its foot print in smaller cities of India and has recently opened its first store in Bhubaneswar confirms a company official. The company is planning to expand its presence to 50 smaller cities by the end of 2011-12. The company at present has outlets in 37 cities of the country.
Cartridge World plans to continue their expansion in Tier I, II and III cities of India this year. However, by the next financial year, the company plans to enter the Tier I cities in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal and even in Maldives and Bhutan. Cartridge World plans to open 250 stores across the Indian sub-continent in the next two to three years.
