Cartridge World is planning to add 25 stores in India by the end of this fiscal year. As told to Ramanjit Kaur of FIHL, “In terms of business expansion we are aiming at establishing over 250 stores across the Indian sub-continent by 2011 to meet the increasing demands of our customers,” said Naveen Rakhecha, CEO, South Asia, Cartridge World.
It has recently opened a new store in Malda and is planning to open more in Siliguri, Guwahati, and near Kolkata during the current fiscal. As per the officials, company has started opening new stores in tier-II and III cities to reach more consumers in the country.
Currently Cartridge World has 90 franchised outlets, over 70 operational retail stores and 7 shop-in-shops located in the popular and leading CROMA chain of retail stores. Their presence is now extended over to 30 cities in India.
