Give us a brief idea about The Chocolate Heaven.
The Chocolate Heaven is a specialty chocolate café established in 2011. It is a brand synonymous with chocolate products of great quality. The Chocolate Heaven was founded after years of research and skill development by me and my friend Sanjay Bambhaniya.
How your brand differentiates and gives edge to other cafes?
Real chocolate is the essence of The Chocolate Heaven. We have vast range of premium Italian hot chocolates, waffles, pancakes, chocolate shakes, sundaes, coffees, and much more to relish.
What is the USP of your brand?
The Chocolate Heaven is a business that will challenge you. It can be fast-paced and exciting only if you are prepared to give 100 per cent and strive to be the best you can be. We are there for our franchisees at every step to guide and support them. We would recommend The Chocolate Heaven without hesitation to any potential partner as it has a tremendous infrastructure and great returns too.
What is the vision of the Company?
Our vision is to give our customers India's best chocolate café experience. Being the best means providing outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value, so that we make every customer in each café smile.
Presently, how many franchisees do you have? What are your further expansion plans via franchising?
We are running 12 outlets pan-India and 11 of them are franchisee run. In the coming three years we are planning to open 50 outlets.
