CheckMyGaadi started its journey back in 2016 as a pre-purchased car inspection platform for customers looking to buy an authentic pre-owned car. Ram Jaiswal, Founder, CheckMyGaadi noticed the daily hassle, which every car owner goes through. Recently, the company has entered into Car Servicing platform, an all-in-one convenience platform for all major and minor car services.
In an interaction with Franchise India, Ram shares his company’s journey and future goals.
Ram says, “Car is still the second biggest asset owned by an individual after house in India. Automobile Service Industry has witnessed significant changes over a period, with the new technologies coming in and entry of new startups in this platform.
Today customer has ease and convenience to choose from different players with reduced service and repair cost. Still, this industry has lots of scopes and opportunity to work upon for better service and repair options for the customers.”
Setting CheckMyGaadi apart from the competition
He adds, “CheckMyGaadi consistently works on innovation and developing a tech and product line which makes Auto service experience more comfortable and cost-effective.
Some of the features which differentiate initially are as mentioned below:
o Smart Care is a smart move of CheckMyGaadi which is an Annual/Half-yearly Car Maintenance package includes all required services for a Car owner including Car Service, Detailing, RSA and Repair coupon at a very cost-effective price with Doorstep facility.
o CheckMyGaadi pricing for Doorstep Car Service is much lower than its competitors along with comprehensive service inclusions.
o Majority of a Service offering by CheckMyGaadi is at Doorstep including repairs too.
o Many Automobile Services Companies has availed CheckMyGaadi Inspection services for Inspecting the Car in their Platforms including Droom Technologies and Mahindra First Choice.”
Future Goals
Ram shares the future goals set for CheckMyGaadi, he says, “CheckMyGaadi will soon launch high-tech app and service feature for giving the best possible comfort to every CheckMyGaadi customer and we are constantly working on being a single roof for all car service and repair related needs for every car owners.
We have planned to offer Franchisee for our Value Care (Independent Car service and repair platform) segment to Unauthorized and Multibrand service station to bring on a single platform and standardized them. We will initiate the process after 6 months.
CMG is consistently working towards becoming the most tech enable Auto Service Company and soon coming up with new techs for easing the Auto service process and giving customer comfort. With the new product line (Smart Care, Value Care, and Lux Care), CMG is aspiring to become the dominant player in Car Service segment whether it's AMC (Car Annual maintenance ) or retail service and the majority of the service we are offering at Doorstep only. We are aspiring to be a one-stop solution for all car needs.”
